great to see him again. He was very delighted to see me. Next day the 17th I lead led another patrol of five machines & we attacked nine Huns but they had "the wind up" very badly & ran like rabbits. In spite of this one of our lot got one out of control and I attacked & drove down three – but none of mine were "out of control".

I am continuing this letter down at Fowey in Cornwall but more of that later. Now I must try to pick up where I left off.
