I am enclosing a couple of snapshots taken by a passenger the other day. They are taken in the air from the passenger seat and the funny looking object looking round the edge of the windscreen is me! As portraits they are rather spoiled by the amount of leather & fur in the shape of cap & goggles that cover my face but I am sure you will be interested to see a photo of me actually taken when flying a machine about 2000 feet up.

I did not send those little things of dear old Roger's after all. I had arranged for Eric Fisher to take them, but after your cable saying I had better not send any more parcels at present I thought it over hard & decided not to send them even by him at present. After all I know Eileen & you would sooner wait for them than risk loosing them.

Last night I had a little party in London. Aunty and the girls have come back to town and as we had not had a party together since last July, I got some seats at a theatre and took them Mrs Toohey & Joe D'Apice. We had dinner at the Petit Riche in Soho & went to see "General Post" at the Haymarket. It is the best play I've seen for ages. Madge Titheradge was simply splendid and the rest of the company were also very good. We all enjoyed it immensely as the acting was so good and the play itself is most original and very clever.
