at this present rate. The only problem is where we will ever find a strong neutral power to arbitrate at peace negotiations when it comes to that!
I am afraid old Bryan will be in the heavy fighting very soon. Please God he will be all right.
I had dinner with Maurice last night. He was passing through London on his way back from Brighton to camp. It was great to see the old chap again – I hadn't seen him since I was on leave from France last December!
Work is going just the same as ever here – when it isn't blowing & snowing. I am acting flight commander again now though nothing has happened about my promotion yet. However I am not worrying about that.
Aunty & the girls will be coming up to London next week to stay. That will be very nice & I will be able to see a lot of them. They are all well though of course they are anxious about old Bryan. Brendan wrote very cheerily from France, I believe.
Well I must write some more letters before I go to bed – including one to the bank, very important! Good night and God ever bless & guard you my Darling Mother & Father. Tons and tons of love to you Eileen & darling little Roger.
