& attend to them I judge the case to be the one execution by Sir W. Macarthur, when I go to Kew I will see after more herbaceous pts, &c.  I have not as yet been able to get there.  I was truly sorry to learn again from your letter the sad condition of the Orchids again sent to Sydney, one almost despairs of success after such failure, however I will do my best again, I have not as yet purchased any more Orchids, but will when an opportunity offers; I have just been to the Bot. Gardens, Oxford and met with a good collection of aquatics and other plants liberally offered by Mr Baxter the Curator.  I brought away some ten or twelve Nuphari & Nymphaea
