my dear old Friend, if I do not write I do not forget.  You will always be associated with my happier days.  I have got a very pretty place here, and have been laying out a good deal of money very foolishly, for the plan is not my own, in making it prettier still but it will be a Brownlow Hill.  Some day I will send you
