This cheapness was thought about in some measure by Green buying for me & another gentleman at the same time & so not only getting the plants cheaper by bidding for large lots but also by reducing his expenses. This, Green, a most respectable hard working intelligent little man, he has taken the greatest possible pains with your plants, and if they do not reach you in good or fair order I shall despair. I would strongly recommend you to send your orders direct to him in future, that is if you are pleased with his work of packing.
