My dear Friend
I am in receipt of your last short letter and am compelled today to write but in [indecipherable] after your own measure. I have nothing to report touching exports [indecipherable] Dr. Denny the great Pelargonium man has got your list of desiderata in that [indecipherable] & has promised to send you a supply as near as possible what you wish for. These you must take as a present from me, a small return for the many [indecipherable] I have had from you. The last envoi by the way came in capital order. I shall have one alive of every thing, for the most
