It is [indecipherable] infamous [indecipherable] in which Gladstone, Arlgyle [indecipherable] leaders & others of the Opposition have [indecipherable] on the mob of fools of Society to make a disturbance in this matter & so to implicate the very difficult work the Ministry have in hand. Dizzy has less majority in the House [indecipherable] & by the time Parliament meets I have little doubt but that courts will have [indecipherable] their conduct, when the Country will have reason to blush for its folly.
