[indecipherable] are in at the rate of 7/- each plant & I assure you that yours will not be much above that [indecipherable].  I mean those that you have lately got.  The next special envoi is to be sent away in November by a sister ship of the St. Osyth.  I have told him to give a small sum to the Chief Mate, & [indecipherable] him a promise of something later if he delivers the cases in good order.  I do trust that you may be pleased with this matter.  Green I am sure has done his very best.
