you of the truth of what I have just been saying asserting, the very high estimation in which he held yr family.  Now touching this matter I cannot tell you with what anxiety we [indecipherable] of us looking out for the arrival of next mail.  Not of course that we expect to hear any definite information at so early a date, but we shall then learn whether the opinion of those medical men, who maintained that Arthur Onslows cough was only an affection of the throat which wd soon disappear in such a climate as that of Sydney, was correct or not.  It is useless to dispute the fact that there were those who thought it more serious.
