a good while yet. Weather is pretty cold but not excessive. The ground is very icy & slippery but dry. To day we had a heavy snow storm & a few snow fights. It is lovely out in the snow with a good coat on & strong boots. It is quite dry & with no rain this weather is great.

I wonder is Jackie flying his aeroplane yet. He would get a rubber neck over here there are so many flying about. They are wonderful to watch twinkling about & doing almost impossible things in the air looping the loop is nothing. The Aussies are making a great name for themselves in the air line.

A party of twenty six of us went into  ... to see the Pierrots last night - there are some fine shows on the front. That's all the news up to date.

PS. I have a drawing of the planting of the Aust. flag on Anzac redoubt. I have seen the pill box from a distance but we were not on that sector & was taken before we went into the line.
