At last a mail has turned up & I received about eight letters. One from you & one from Dad - yours No 43. That means that 40, 41 & 42 have missed the mark & gone to the bottom. I gave Jack your note & he is enclosing one in this. I suppose young Jack is very disappointed at losing Dolly ? I think you had better get him a pony instead of a bike later on but be careful he doesn't get the jockey idea into his head. Of course I can't comment on your guess as to where we are but you have only to read the papers.You bet the Australians are in every advance going - they are never forgotten.
No I don't remember getting a parcel from Mrs Dues or Elsa & I haven't rec'd a letter from Mrs D enclosing the address of her mother.
