that it is impossible to get the ring off. I still have all the souvenirs you gave me. I don't know how long we will be over here but I think a fair while so we are in for a good time.

I was in town the other day on market day. These are very quaint people in their customs. The square was full of stalls & animals old ladies & men leading about pigs on a string by their hind legs & calves & all sorts of things. Just like the very old fashioned market you read about.
Goodnight Mother we are going to have a supper off the asparagus etc you sent in the parcels now.
