residence - the spring mattresses still remaining. An oil drum & plenty of wood full makes things very cheerful. As far as clothing is concerned we wear all kinds of things. At present I have hardly touched the supply I brought with me. The military supply everything & it is very heavy - good for winter. Am keeping all my light stuff for summer.. At present am wearing all military stuff & a pair of Tommy pants "looted" from one of the ruined houses opposite & a couple of cardigan jackets I acquired somehow. About me being imaginative about England & London
