Dear Mother & Dad,
I started this letter about two hours ago but the boys started boxing & wrestling so I had to join in. After that we made toast & cocoa on the heater & went to bed so that is where I am now. Since last writing I have received your letters, Nos 7 & 8 & today a bundle of newspapers turned up which by the way contained two very fine articles about Paris as it is today. Talking about newspapers these London papers can not show us anything at all in fact ours excel in arrangement and leading articles.
John Norton's house must have been partly worth seeing. I can just recollect where it is. What kind of a time did Myra have at Leura pretty cold I should think.
You mention about dad sending papers to Billy reminds me that he told me he got a great bundle of all kinds & dates - probably an armful, out of the bundle on the copper he said.
