Thursday 20 December 1917
Breakfast in bed. Up at 10.30! Segrave called & took Davis & myself to aerodrome. Thick white fog so no chance of going off. Back to Barnsley via Cirencester. After lunch we went to the Park to shoot pigeons. Not very exciting – I didn't get a shot! Back to tea at the Rectory. Dinner at the Park & dancing after.
Letter from Margaret.
