Tuesday 6 November 1917
Up at 8.30. Took Villiers up in a Fighter & dropped a note to the Vidals. Did two spins & several loops. Segrave rang up to say that I am going to be transferred to Beaulieu. In evening flew over Barnsley in a BE & dropped another letter. Leave is re-opened & I have 48 hours from tomorrow. Davis & I went to dinner at the Rectory. Danced most of the evening. This transfer to Beaulieu is very nice but I will miss the happy parties I have had here.
