Thursday 29 March 1917
Up at 9 & to aerodrome. Cold day with strong wind & scattered clouds. A fair amount of flying. Went up thre twice in 2C during morning with Kitchen as passenger. After lunch took Brocklehurst up & tried to do some Immelman [also spelt Immelmann] turns in a 2C. Back to tea & went back to aerodrome about 5.30. Took Burt up in 2C & did two good Immelman turns. Back to the "Dell" about 7. Stayed in after dinner & wrote letters.
