Wednesday 14 November 1917
Up at 8.15 after getting out of bed several times in the early dawn to look at the weather. After breakfast went up several times testing machines and practising flying the BE from the front seat. Weather rather dud, clouds at 500. In afternoon clouds went up to about 1000 so I did a little instructing. Made in all seven flights. To bed early after dinner.
