Tuesday 26 June 1917
Up at 6 for early flying. A very strenuous day. Gave dual to Sayer, Burns & Annesley. Sayer smashed an undercarriage on his solo. Annesley went solo. Etheridge crashed 3174 landing. Did a record day's flying in the flight – 22hours 50. I did nearly 4 hours in all. Left the aerodrome at 10 p.m. Very tired.
