Saturday 13 October 1917
Up at 6.30. Very "dud" so early flying washed out. After breakfast the weather improved a bit. Had some gun camera practice with Arnison. In afternoon had a splendid fight with Bridgland. Took Gwyer & Clark for short trips & gave them loops etc. Quite a good day's flying in spite of the weather. Dined at the Harrison's with Segrave.
