Tuesday 11 December 1917
The first anniversary of darling old Roger's death. R.I.P.
Up at 8.30. Went up to test an engine. Very foggy – no more flying before lunch. In afternoon flew Davis over to Bournemouth & landed in a field to examine a BE that had forced landed. Flew back to Beaulieu. To bed fairly early.
