Arrangements
 €‹for the Ceremony of the
Presentation of the Freedom of the City of London to

 €‹Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Tuesday, 18th April, 1916.

The City Lands Committee will assemble (in their Mazarine Gowns and Official Hats) at the Guildhall at 11 o'clock.   Front seats in the blocks adjacent to the Dais will be reserved for the Committee.

The invited Guests will be admitted between 11.15 and 11.45 o'clock.

The only entrance to Guildhall will be by the Guildhall Yard.

The seats allocated to the Court of Common Council are North and South of the centre gangway, adjacent to the Dais.

The seats generally are not reserved, and with the exception of those for which White Cards and Coupons, and green Cards with Coupons, have been issued, they will, in their respective localities, be filled in order of arrival.

There are six distinct Cards assigning seats, as follows:-

White - with pink stripe (diagonal) and Coupon.
 €‹Admitting to numbered and reserved seats in the centre of Guildhall, South of the centre gangway.
