He is now at Parkhouse, having been transferred to the 16th Field Coy. of Engs. I am writing to him today to ask if he can come across to see me. I find it practically impossible to get away from the Camp, until 9 or 10 each evening.

Do you ever remember me mentioning Maj. Lamb of the 3rd Bn. When he went back to Aust. he joined up with the 3rd Divn. He reported here yesterday from France. He is now a Lieut. Col. He is going to take command of one of the Training Battalions of this Group.

I suppose you will have Eric out there with you by now. Will you tell
