because we only have the staff of the Camp in this Mess. All other officers go to the Mess in No.2 Camp. Sounds quite select doesn't it?

The Gen. was late in getting away, & of course no one to could go until he had made a move. His A.D.C. - Dawson - was at Abbey Wood whilst I was there.
Did I tell you in my last letter that Coe who was one of the members of the famous "Enteric Club" at Lemnos & at Gibraltar is in camp here now.

This morning the Col. received a wire to say that his son was wounded in France though not seriously. He is coming to London, so the Col. is off to town tomorrow. With both the Adj. & Col. away, things are going to be busy here, but I don't suppose the Col. will be away for long.

I am glad you have seen the Anzac book I thought it quite good.

I am enclosing some photos Mrs. M. sent me. Eric will be able to tell you all about them for they were taken whilst he was staying at Leamington.

The Frank Boland you mention is the same one who was with me on Lemnos. I don't know his whereabouts at present but am trying to trace him.

Love to all.
Your affect. son Ralph.
