They depict the Massacre of Infants: The Departure: The Flight from Egypt: A'Habir on the Borders of the Nile: The Virgin resting beneath "The Tree": and  "Entering Heliopolis".

The flies are getting extremely troublesome of late. The natives let them crawl everywhere even right into the corners of their eyes without making the slightest attempt to brush them away. Consequently when we endeavour to shoo them off they get quite angry.

Do you remember me speaking of Vern Brown who was partners in a small show with McCallum at Torrington. He had a nasty accident and one of his feet had to be amputated. The poor chap had not long been married. He was brought into the Emmaville  hospital from Torrington.

Eric's letter has just come to hand for which please thank him. I hope he is able to go on the "Star of Victoria" if he wishes.
