tomorrow, & Mrs. Moore & Nora return some time during the afternoon or evening.
Both Mrs. M. & Nora are looking well in spite of a very strenuous week in London. I was awfully sorry to have to say "no" to Mrs. Moore's invitation to go to Greenhall, especially as she was so insistant. But it was certainly wiser not to go away this time.

Alec. Campbell has been wounded again. He was shot through the stomach the bullet coming out of his back & yet no vital place was touched.

Poor Virgil Tucker was killed about three weeks ago. He was the son of Archdeacon Tucker of Ballarat & an only son.

Yesterday morning I took a run in the Group car with Back & Hobbs to Park House Camp. I looked Phil James up whilst I was there. He is looking very well, &
