My dear Florrie

I am enclosing two of the most original letters I have received since arriving in France, the young lady is just like her letters, all on fire, bright & mighty talkative. I often laugh when I think of her. You will be amused but a fellow you know meets all sorts of people for it takes all sorts of people to make a world.

Now it doesn't of necessity follow that a chap loses his head over every girl thus an ideal kind of sister will not object to other folk's sisters writing to him that's the penalty you have to pay for having a brother who has donned the kharki, other folks sisters immediately claim the right to write to other folks brothers & seeing that in the case of your brother - he loves every bodies
