Left Ramleh on 6th, after handing over the aerodrome, machines, etc complete & came down by special train to Kantara.

We expected to be sailing on Monday by the "Ceramic" but it is off now & we will probably have to wait until the end of the month for the "Port Sydney". It seems that the Ceramic has on board some hundreds of cases if influenza & has to go into quarantine at Suez to be disinfected etc & the patients taken off her. However we may go on the Ceramic if she is only a couple of weeks in quarantine.
