SHEEP LET BY THE PROPRIETORS ON TERMS.
In 1850 eight thousand Sheep were rented in New England. The terms were in payment for each Sheep [?] that one pound of washed fleese wool in a proper Marketable Condition be delivered in Sydney in bales. The increase of the flocks to belong to the renter. The Same Number of Sheep to be [?] at the expiration of the agreement (a number of years) according to the age & Condition at the Commencement of the agreement

Two thousand Sheep were rented in New England this Year one thousand being Ewes the other mixed Sheep none being above four year old, at forty pounds per thousand per annum

Good Sound Sheep about three or four year old were rented this Year in new England at Forty pounds per thousand increase belonging to the renter - Terms payment when the wool Came off the Sheep
1852 CATTLE TAKEN ON KEEP FROM THE PROPRIETORS ON TERMS.
Cattle were taken on Keep from the proprietors this Year on the following terms Viz The party Keeping the Cattle to run them on his own run for any term of years as may be agreed upon, for half the increase and not to be accountable for any loss in the original number of the herd from loss or deaths
