PRODUCE OF TWO THOUSAND TWO THOUSAND & [ILLEGIBLE] FOUR CATTLE & FIVE HUNDRED SHEEP BOILED DOWN AT BULLWARRA DURING THE SEASON MARCH TO JULY 184[7?]
During the season from March to July there were 2233 head of Cattle & 500 head of Sheep boiled down at Bullwarra the produce of tallow from the whole being about one hundred & eighty tons _ Although many of the Cattle were very fine, the Condition of the whole was not equal to that of former years, there being, in particular, a great deficiency of inside fat throughout the whole season.
