The flockmasters in the District of New England generally have at each out Station two flocks of Sheep numbering 2400 which are in charge of the Shepherds and a watchman, where the flockmasters depend upon Superior Country for grazing Sheep they place three flocks in charge of three Shepherds & one Watchman or Say 3600 sheep in charge of three Shepherds & watched by one man
