This year sheep were rented from the proprietors and run on their stations the party renting paying the Government licence for the Station &cess or tax on the Sheep for five years, also returning the same number & description of Sheep at the expiration of the agreement at one hundred fifty pounds per thousand The proprietor taking the whole of the wool of these sheep delivered on the station at one shilling & three pence per pound from the party renting during the whole term of the agreement.

The following memorandum of agreement is a Copy to explain fully the nature of the agreement.

Memorandum of Agreement between ______________________ of New England and ___________________ also of New England to the effect after mentioned the Said _______________ hereby agrees  to Keep for the Said ____________ Three thousand (3000) Sheep of which 2000 shall be ewes (all broken mouthed ewes being therefrom excepted) and 1000 mixed sheep. For which the Said ______________ hereby agrees to pay he Said _____________ one hundred & fifty pounds per year, payable out of the first wool of said Sheep, which wool of said Sheep & their increase shall be yearly the Security for payment of the said sum, and for which purpose said wool shall be sent to _____________Esqr Sydney till said sum of money is paid.

Delivery of said sheep to be taken by the Said __________ at _____________ on the ____. This agreement to last for three years from said _______ at which termination of Said agreement the said _______________ hereby agrees to deliver over three thousand sheep of the same ages & quality as he receives in ______ If any dispute should arise at the end or at any period of this agreement both parties hereby agree to abide by the opinion of __________ whose decision is to be final.

Memorandum of agreement entered into this day between _________________ of ____________ in the District of ________________ and ________________ of ___________ to the effect after mentioned. That __________ delivers to ____________ Five thousand Ewes more or less with this understanding that these sheep be rented to ________________in the halves Say one half of the wool and one half of the increase & that _________________ Supplies wool bales and Rams.
All other sheep delivered by ___________ to ______________ to be paid for at the rate of £40 per thousand _______ The whole of the wool to be delivered by ____ in Morpeth on Hunter River. This agreement to last for three years & if any dispute shall arise at the end or at any period of this agreement both parties agree to abide by the opinion of _________________ whose decision shall be final.
