DISTRICT OF NEW ENGLAND
SALE IN NEW ENGLAND 5TH DECEMBER 1850
Six hundred Sheep among which were 300 Ewes the remainder 300 are withers, Hogets & 105 lambs given in with the wool on these Sheep which were then Shearing were Sold at 2/7½ per head
JANUARY 1851 SALE OF BALBLAIR STATION NEW ENGLAND
The Station of Balblair 27 miles from Armadale with four thousand Six hundred Sheep also one hundred head of Mixed Cattle amongst which were a Number of Cows broke into bad and a Sufficient Number of Cattle to Supply the Station with beef ------ This Station with improvements were Sold for the Sheep at five Shillings a head
FEBRUARY 1851 SALE OF CATTLE IN NEW ENGLAND
A lot of fine Cattle 426 head a Mixed herd were Sold to the party on whose Station they were grazing for one hundred & twenty pound the right of brand was also given in the 426 head Mustered were therefore Sold at Say five Shillings & eight pence each
SHEEP SOLD IN NEW ENGLAND IN MARCH 1851
Four hundred Ewes with 500 lambs were Sold at two Shillings a head
MARCH 1851 SALE OF A STATION WITHOUT STOCK IN NEW ENGLAND (FALCONER ST)
This station is Situated twenty five miles from Armadale on the Main line of road to Darling Downs the improvements Consisted of a Shingled Cottage, Huts for the Men, stockyard, fenced in paddocks & woolshed with the rental of a public House on the public line of road ( private Sale) for the Sum of Seven hundred & twenty pounds
VALUE OF SUBURBAN LAND NEAR SYDNEY OCTOBER 1854
The first Sale of the building allotments & Villa Sites in the Village orf Sydenham Near Sydney took place on the 9th inst on the ground. There was a Numerous attendance & Spirited Competetion - The result of the Sale amounted to about £6500 The prices obtained for the Parramatta road frontages ranged from £3. to £11 per foot. The other frontages obtained from 21/ to 65/ per foot
The prices obtained must be taken as a proof of the value in which the Suburban land Near Sydney, is now estimated more especially those which abut upon the line of railway

Superior clips 1/3 to 1/5d Fair to good 1/- to 1/2 low to middling 9d to 1/- grease 4d to 6d Looks [?] broken wool 5d to 8d Handwashed 9d to 1/3 Scoured 1/2d to 1/5d.
