The prices charged at this establishment in this season for boiling cattle six shillings per head for sheep six pence - Salting hides with colonial salt one shilling each Drying this for skins one penny each Casks of uniform size, thru to the low, thirty five shillings, including delivery at Morpeth - Results of different lots boiled at this Establishment in 1849 Probably a bad one – Prices realised at London for tallow boiled at the house
