Thursday 7 March [1918]
Up at 10. Very misty. Went off at 12.30 in flight formation but the mist made a patrol impossible. Landed followed by all except two machines. Went off again and "contour chased" for an hour in search of the missing ones without any luck. Wells turned up about three o'clock. Cleary landed at Fleury near St. Pol short of petrol. Packed up in afternoon & evening.
Letter from Mrs. Vidal.
