Friday 11 October [1918]
Up at 9.30. Very "dud". Worked in office & went down town for some shopping in the morning. After lunch worked with C.O. on his hen-house. After tea it cleared a bit & we went to Port Meadow. Flew to Witney & tested one pupil. Back to Wing to dinner. Played Bridge afterwards.
