Summer Time commenced.

Sunday 24 March [1918]
Up at 8 to Mass & Holy Communion. Back to breakfast & read the papers. The great German push is terrific & we are falling back in places. Bryan, Maurice & I went across by ferry to Polruan & wandered round & came back by rowing boat. This is a most beautiful spot. After lunch we all got in to a terrible boat & rowed up the river & had a very bon tea at a farm house. Rowed back to dinner. Wrote letters after.
Letters
To: Mother & Father, No. 17, Mrs. Vidal, Army & Navy Stores, Junior A. & N. Stores, Cooling & Lawrence.
