Saturday 9 March [1918]
Up at 10. The other two flights had patrols but we had none. Fine warm day but hazy. A couple of Huns over in morning. Worked in the flight getting things settled down. After lunch got a sidecar & went over to Heilly to see dear old Roger's grave. Everything is very nice and well looked after. I am so glad to have had this opportunity of re-visiting my own dear old brother's resting place. Back to tea at the squadron. Worked on my engine till dinner. To bed fairly early.
Letter to Aunty Mary.
