Friday 20 September [1918]
Up at 6.30. To Port Meadow at 7 & flew to Weston with Beaver. Did dual there and had breakfast. Worked on there till lunch time. Flew a Bentley Camel. After lunch flew back to Oxford & had tea at the wing. Back to Port Meadow and did some more dual. A most strenuous & successful day. Dinner at Vidals. To bed fairly early as I have a cold.
