Wednesday 4 September [1918]
Up at 9. To Port Meadow with Benson, Smith and Adamson. Tested one pupil but rain came on & prevented our doing any more flying. Back to the Wing for lunch. Spent the afternoon on Progress Reports. Major G.L.P. Henderson came & took over the Wing. To dinner with Mrs. Bruce Lockhart & to a cinema after.
