Anyhow we look now things don't look to bright, but we must expect some of this for some time - they Fritz will begin to tremble.  Our lot is stil in the mud.

Rod was O.K. when I last had word; you know I am at base now for a while, shall be back ere this reaches you.  How are those nasty headaches of yours?  No need to ask about the others for I know jolly well they are like me O.K.  Yes I shall use my dots better from now.  Shall write to Mrs Anderson & Co for this mail also - well its time too; how are they?  Oh! I have met Best whom I used to work with at Goldsbroughs - he was at the evening at Warringah Hall & came with Warner.
