Sept 3rd 1916

Dear Gin,

Thanks for the newsy letter I received from you of July 10th, it was full of news, but not half long enough for you.  This is only to be a small one too, as time, space, and paper is limited, news too.  Have at least eight letters to write so you know what to expect.

There is undoubtedly numerous changes about Neutral Bay, changes this side also.  Would like some snaps of the new wharf also the Australian; ask Rupe about those snaps of the new bank, & Telegraph offices.  Shall write to Dick to-morrow!

Sorry to hear of Mr Newton and his "Australia" the rough time both have had.  Sent an anti-aircraft nose cap to you last mail, did you get it O.K?  Shall send some more curios home.  Have just completed some boomerangs
