coming aboard as they liked.  Mails & parcels were sent & received - they evidently did not want us to land there.  Left there on Thursday at nine o'clock.  The "Benalla" left next morning at 6.30 & passed us at 7.30 on Friday night.  We have passed a few boats going in the opposite direction about a dozen.

Expect to reach Adelaide on Wednesday - the Cluny Castle was three hundred miles behind us when we pulled into Fremantle now she is about fifty miles ahead of us, expect we'll pass her tonight.

Every day since leaving 'Mantle we have our temperatures taken.
