Received from James Macarthur Esqr the sum of Two shillings and one penny Sterling, being the Amount of Quit-Rent due to the Crown, at the rate of One shilling yearly for the two years and fourteen days from the first day of January 1833 to the fourteenth day of January One thousand eight hundred and thirty five on Fifty five acres of Land, in the County of Cumberland and District of Sydney granted to Thomas Jones per Deed, dated the 14 day of March 1795 and registered in the General Register in this Office of Grants of Lands, as No. 401.
