Parramatta 9th Octr 1820
Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Letter of this date, Tendering 2230 Acres of Land at the Seven Hills, 980 Acres at Pennant Hills, and 360 Acres at Cabramatta, belonging to you, to Government, for an equal number of Acres in the Cow Pastures adjoining your Estate of Camden; and as you state that the Lands thus Tendered by you to Government are fit for Cultivation and conveniently situated for small Settlers, I beg to acquaint you, that, I am willing, on the part of Government, to accede to your terms, as soon as the necessary arrangements can be made for locating an equal quantity of Land for you in the Cow Pastures. -
