Sydney 31st March 1865

My dear Sir

James Wheeler has consented to take the title as you offer it with the Bond of Indemnity of you and your brother against the £3000 mortgage, and he has instructed me to proceed to obtain him a conveyance. I am not yet instructed by the other brother, but I have strongly advised him to accept what you offer, and I dare say he will follow James Wheeler's example.

Would you oblige me by instructing your land agent to furnish me with a description of Wheeler's land, and I shall be glad also if he would furnish me with a plan or diagram of the land showing where the boundary line of the two grants intersects it.

I remain, My dear Sir,
Yours very faithfully

W.G. Pennington

James Macarthur Esq
