Should Your Excellency be pleased to sanction the proposed arrangement, I would cheerfully allow for the expense of the fences and buildings, that have been erected; and as the quantity of land somewhat exceeds what I am strictly entitled to, perhaps Your Excellency may not object, to accept payment for the surplus, in Stock for the improvement of the public herds & flocks.
