Gentlemen,

I am directed by His Excellency, the Governor, to inform you that the Secretary of State has approved, in his dispatch No 21 - dated 10 July 1827, of the Reserve of 2500 Two thousand five hundred acres of land, made to you, respectively, by the late Governor, being confirmed to you, by Grant, subject to Quit Rents, according to the existing Regulations.

You will be pleased therefore to notify the descriptions to the Acting Surveyor General, within four months from the present date, in order that Possession may be given to you, in the regular form.
