to Your Excellency and to me, if he shall think fit to do so. Mr Macarthur paying five pr Cent on the valuation, from the day of the appeal having been made, of which he must give notice two months after it has been adjudged, if the valuation should be confirmed."

I am further directed by His Excellency to acquaint you, that in your signifying your assent to the above terms, he will be prepared to deliver you the grant accordingly, togather with those other grants which you had submitted to His Excellency in relation to the conditions which he placed in the hands of the Attorney Gen. for his opinion and by which he has been guided in preparing them.
